In the 2013/14 academic year, LMU launched a redesigned website for its School of Film and Television. Working closely with the SFTV Dean’s Office and an independent designer, Communication, Digital Media and Design’s Sean Goldthwaite delivered a relaunched site that includes several firsts for the university.

The most obvious, perhaps, is that it was the first to incorporate a full-bleed, image-based background that, through striking imagery, helps tells the SFTV story to prospective students, faculty and funding organizations.

The SFTV site site also features an innovative and custom-built lightbox for showcasing photos and videos pulled from the SFTV experience.

Finally, this summer the site will be among the first at LMU to become fully responsive, displaying content to tablets, cell phones and PCs with design adjusted for their respective screen widths. This site you’re looking at right now is too!
