The Marketing, Communications, and External Relations web team will perform TerminalFour CMS content recycling on Wednesday, June 1st.

This means all pages and individual content items marked as “Inactive” or “Deleted” will be permanently flushed from the system. Likewise, child pages of any Inactive/Deleted page will be purged from the system, along with their content items. In other words, if a parent page is set to be deleted, all of its children will go, too!

In addition, images and documents in the Media Library that are marked Inactive/Deleted will be permanently deleted from the system.

If you have Inactive/Deleted pages or content you want to keep, please take a few minutes to change the status to “Pending” or “Expired” and make sure their parent page is not set to Inactive/Deleted. For information on how to do that, view this tutorial. If you have Inactive/Deleted images and documents in your Media Library folder that you wish to keep, please download and save them locally to your computer or store them in Box.

Questions? Please view the tutorial on changing page and content statuses or contact us.
