The Marketing and Communications Knowledge Base contains a series of documents that explain how to approach certain common tasks, such as “How to Submit a Story/Announcement to LMU This Week” or “How to Request LMU Media Relations Support.” In industry, these are known as organizational process assets, or OPA’s. Less than a policy, more than a suggestion. You can think of them as the “LMU way of doing things.” If you have an idea for a new Marketing and Communications OPA, please let us know.
