Photography requests and services are subject to review and approval based on the university’s Photography Resources Policy. Due to the volume of requests received, it is recommended that requests be submitted a minimum of two weeks before the event to ensure proper consideration and planning. Please note that the Photography Request form is the only way to request services. Photography requests are not accepted via walk-up, telephone or e-mail. - Event Coverage Confirmation
Submission of this form does not imply that an event has been added to a photographer’s schedule. All commitments and covered events are explicitly confirmed via e-mail from the photographer. If the University Photographer cannot fulfill your request, you will be notified and referred to a pre-approved freelance photographer with whom you can work directly. Please note that your department will be responsible for paying any charges incurred while working with a freelancer. - Self-Serve Image Archive: NetPix
