The Marketing, Communications, and External Relations web team occasionally performs a TerminalFour CMS “content recycle” to optimize performance of the platform. During this process, the following will be permanently deleted from the system:

  • All pages marked as “Inactive” or “Deleted”.
  • All content blocks marked as “Inactive” or “Deleted”.
  • All child pages (and their content blocks) of any pages marked as “Inactive” or “Deleted”.
  • All Media Library assets, such as imagery and document files, marked as “Inactive” or “Deleted”.

If you have pages, content, or media assets currently marked “Inactive” or “Deleted” that you wish to keep, please take a few minutes to change the status of these items to “Pending” or “Expired”, and make sure and pages you wish to keep are not housed under a parent page that’s marked “Inactive” or “Deleted”. For information on how to update a page or content block’s status, view this video tutorial.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
