Greg leads the Digital Strategy and Solutions Team that supports and manages the university’s digital communications channels and web presence, content management infrastructure, and related solutions.

Among Greg’s responsibilities are to provide leadership and team management to enhance the university’s digital efforts; inspire team members to maximize creativity, productivity, and effectiveness; lead the creation and development of the university’s strategic digital communications and marketing by interpreting key insights and translating those into compelling, memorable, and distinctive digital experiences; and ensure the university’s mission, values, brand guidelines, and DEI commitments are proudly reflected and proactively advanced in the content of our digital channels.

Greg joined LMU from Cedars-Sinai, where he served as senior digital specialist for over a decade. His responsibilities included planning and implementing SEO-optimized web content; managing the work of staff and consultants; training; implementing a strategy that increased web traffic by 30%; creating content standards and governance; and fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

Before his tenure at Cedars, Greg was marketing coordinator at the First United Methodist Church in Pasadena, lead advertising artist for Verizon, a product development manager for Source Interlink Media, and an independent consultant and marketing coordinator.

He earned an M.S. in digital audience strategy from Arizona State University, and his B.A. in studio arts from California State University, Long Beach. During his time away from work, Greg volunteers with the California Native Plant Society that focusses on growing, planting, and restoring native habitats in the Sepulveda Basin Wildlife Reserve. He also enjoys hiking locally with his family, gardening, and watching Star Trek.
