In his role, Kevin strives to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making for MarComm, gathering data from various sources and analyzing opportunities to better know our audiences and achieve the goals of the University. He works cross-functionally across the division to report on our successes, discover opportunities to report and interpret data, and present MarComm metrics in digestible, usable formats. He also supports market research projects.

Before joining LMU, Kevin worked as an insights analyst at Kajabi, an edtech company. In this role, he gathered customer data to prepare voice of the customer reports that helped guide product managers in making improvements to the company’s product. He also teaches computer information systems courses part-time for the Los Angeles Community College District, and previously collaborated with a dean to create a new certificate of achievement in data analytics for East Los Angeles College. Earlier in his career, he served as an IT administrator and has experience with website development. Kevin also served in the Marine Corps Reserve for six years at Camp Pendleton.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and reading books on business and personal development. He has set a personal goal of living to be over 100 years old in good health.
