Ruby’s responsibilities include administrative support to her department head, arranging schedules, expense reporting, preparing presentations and briefings, and providing coordination and assistance.
Ruby holds a B.A. in film, television, and media studies, with a minor in peace and justice studies. She was a leader in the Student Worker program, serving as co-general for three of her four years. She was awarded the Sr. Raymunde McKay, R.S.H.M, Service and Leadership Award. After graduating, she worked at Media RED as the office coordinator.
Originally from Boulder, Colorado, she loves skiing, hiking, walking on the beach, or playing tennis, and is always in search of L.A. food and restaurant recommendations.
